1/5/22 Full time opening on our harvest floor. Job duties include skin, trim, cut and weigh meat. Must have excellent record keeping skills, attention to detail and legible handwriting. Must be able to use knives, hoist and other equipment. Willing to work in hot or cold environments. Must be comfortable working with animal blood or carcass parts. Must be 18 years of age to apply. Must be capable of performing the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and exerting a force of at least 50lbs. Must be willing to work 8-10 hours daily and Saturdays as needed.
